Been quite some time since my last update, since I was rather busy lately with NDP trainings, dance class and not to mention late dismissal from camp. Anyway, getting more confident about the land rovers and learning more and more about changing the different components everyday. And also getting used to life at Jurong Camp. Guess all we needed was some time to adjust and now I think I don’t mind staying at this Camp till I ORD. Besides the fact that the cookhouse food sucks, everything else is pretty much ok. Ended up eating more during the morning tea break so I won’t have to eat much of the horrible lunch =P However on certain days the food isn’t really that bad.

One more thing that has changed is the taxi fare, increase by quite a lot. Since we took taxi home almost everyday, we were hit rather badly by this inflation. So now we are trying as much as possible to take the bus to Jurong point and than take the mrt back home. Although we will reach home later than usual but at least we get to save some money.

NDP training is also becoming so much more fun since at this point in time, can really see the final picture now. And also just this Saturday, we managed to put all 4 layers of our central tower. 20-10-5-3 Although it is still shaky but we managed to get it up, with a little more practice I believe we could put up all the 5 layers. But with only less than 2 weeks to the actual NDP, we are really hard pressed for time. Also during this training, we were finally issued the NDP tix. I was rather happy since I thought the 4 family day tix given to us were the only tix we would be getting this year. However, my tix were the preview ones, only those people who had 100% attendance for every training were given the actual day tix. I miss a couple of training when I had my eye infection back in June. Oh well, at least it is better than nothing. I really like the design of this year tickets. As you can see below =D Anyway hope things will get a little less busy after the NDP and have my weekend back again. Although not sure if I will feel empty if there are no more trainings to go to. =X
