Being a raid leader is not easy. I have to take care the welfare of a team of more than 10 people. And yet each time I enter Karazhan, I could only bring 9 others with me. Why cant people just understand, that sometimes I will not be able to bring you into the raid. I was thinking that our progress is considered good and we come a long way. From Moroes -----> Madien -----> Opera Event -----> Curator -----> Shade Of Aran -----> Prince. I was thinking after all the time we spent together as a raid group, you guys will value the exprience more than just a single piece of purple loot. To me, team progression > personal gain from the raid. There are people in the raid who are still waiting for their gear to drop and yet I do not hear a single word of complain from them. If you think you can do a better job than me please take over. You think I like holding this position? Every single time any one of you step forward with a complain or unhappiness, I would also try my best to solve it for you. I even defended some of you guys over my good friend and qurrelled with her. And this is the kind of thanks I get in return? Just think about it, as much as you guys wan to be in the raid team, every one of us has their own commitments and responsibilities outside of WOW. I am just trying to give everyone a chance to exprience kara. To those who are with me at least 80% of the time would know that whenever we are short of people to form the raid. We would take other Team B members that do not raid that often. Tell me how would you feel if you are one of those "spare parts"? Only to be brought in when the raid is short of people. To me its very simple, everyone that is part of team B deserved a chance to raid. Dun expect to be in the raid 100% of the time, dun expect to come late and still be expected to be added in the raid. Seriously I am very dissappointed team B, if this is still the kind of attitude I am getting, I will step down as raid leader. Why do I put in so much effort and heart into Team B if this is what I get in return. Think about it guys, I am very dissappointed...

Anyway, there is a change of blog song, hope my usual readers would like it XD

Finally after weeks of hard work and overtime, the navy open house is finally over. During the open house was very tough on us, every morning I had to wake up at 4.45am and make my way down to changi. And each day we went home very late. At long last we could breathe easier now that the open house is over. Hopefully we would be given some time off before we start work again XD But looking back, the open house was really quite fun. Watching the traffic condition at the junction, reporting back to the ops room and chatting with friends does have its perks as well. At least I would still rmb this event in years to come... lol

And on another note, TEAM B FINALLY DOWN PRINCE MALCHEZAAR!!! On earilier this week team B also down shade of aran! Really happy with team B progress and we really have come a long way since being stuck at moroes. Now we only left 3 bosses before we full clear Karazhan! Great work guys, lets continue to strive for greater results!!!

This is us with prince's body and me looking through the loots we got XD

Lately finding so little free time for myself. Busy the whole day with the open house preparations. And in the recent weeks been going home late every day. Became especially worse this week since its just before the open house. Example I left camp around 8.45 today.

I dun mind helping out doing the open house preparations. But what I cant stand in the decisions made by the higher up people. Keep on making changes without consideration to the effort we put. And just by saying a few words, a whole morning of work and sometimes even worst of work is wasted.

Its really taxing on the body and the mind. Everyday leaving camp so late and have to come back the next day so early again. Not the mention the 30-45 mins journey back and from the camp. Plus our rations wise is also not properly taken care of. Sometimes dinner is not even provided for us. I really think since we are putting so much effort in to support this event, the very least the superiors can do for us is to provide us some basic welfare. And try to let us go home as early as possible. If not how can we be supporting the open house as working parties when we are already so tired out by the preparations.

Sometimes I really wish I got someone that I can confide in, someone to tell all my sadness and problems that I am facing. Someone who could stand by me and help me confront my problems head on. But alas, I am not that fortunate to find such a person yet XD

Anyway, hopefully this open house will be over soon and we can get some well deserved rest before going back to work again...

I know that its been ages since I last updated. Aside being busy in camp (6 months to ORD btw) , also been busy with my new appointment in WOW. Was appointed team B raid leader for karazhan. So almost every night been leading a team into karazhan. But after these few weeks quite impressed with team B progress. When I first went over to team B from team A, they were still at moroes. But presently, we could now clear Attunement, Moroes, Madien, Opera Event, Curator on farming status. No words could desribe the happy feeling I get, when we down a boss that we been trying to clear for a long time. When we did the wizard of OZ event, at first it was very messy but eventually we got the hang of it and down the boss. The same goes with Curator. When we down bosses for the 1st time, the feeling is really in describable, especially when you are the raid leader. I love you guys team B, show me you all can down Aran this week!!!

Btw these are some of the new stuff I got since I last posted.

Razer Diamondback mouse, just simply love the sensitivity on this lil baby. And the extra mouse button sure is handy. Very nice birthday present ^^

And I also bought myself I new headphone with attached microphone. Quite pricey but the sound quality is superb and the microphone external noise reduction is very good. A must have for my WOW for great sounds and communication. And now for some random stuff!

The 2nd place trophy I won for high jump at the RSN sports meet.

The car key to my steel grey Hyundai Avante~
S.H.E lastest CD, Play! Love the songs "like thanks for your gentleness", "5 month day" and so much more!

Also managed to get quite a few more pieces of epic. For example, I farm the sha tar rep for mad just to get this little mace.
Other things that I have gotten included a bracers of the indewling, Belt of gale force, leg plates of the innocent which I slotted 3 +9 healing and 2 mana regen gem in. Really quite happy with the loot that I have gotten lately. Hopefully I will be able to get even more gear for my pally soon! It really feels good to get something which you work hard towards for.

Anyway thats all for now. I am gonna be busy over the next few weeks with the Navy Open house. Hope you guys enjoy this little update. But let me show you what I was eating while typing out this post...=P
