Being a raid leader is not easy. I have to take care the welfare of a team of more than 10 people. And yet each time I enter Karazhan, I could only bring 9 others with me. Why cant people just understand, that sometimes I will not be able to bring you into the raid. I was thinking that our progress is considered good and we come a long way. From Moroes -----> Madien -----> Opera Event -----> Curator -----> Shade Of Aran -----> Prince. I was thinking after all the time we spent together as a raid group, you guys will value the exprience more than just a single piece of purple loot. To me, team progression > personal gain from the raid. There are people in the raid who are still waiting for their gear to drop and yet I do not hear a single word of complain from them. If you think you can do a better job than me please take over. You think I like holding this position? Every single time any one of you step forward with a complain or unhappiness, I would also try my best to solve it for you. I even defended some of you guys over my good friend and qurrelled with her. And this is the kind of thanks I get in return? Just think about it, as much as you guys wan to be in the raid team, every one of us has their own commitments and responsibilities outside of WOW. I am just trying to give everyone a chance to exprience kara. To those who are with me at least 80% of the time would know that whenever we are short of people to form the raid. We would take other Team B members that do not raid that often. Tell me how would you feel if you are one of those "spare parts"? Only to be brought in when the raid is short of people. To me its very simple, everyone that is part of team B deserved a chance to raid. Dun expect to be in the raid 100% of the time, dun expect to come late and still be expected to be added in the raid. Seriously I am very dissappointed team B, if this is still the kind of attitude I am getting, I will step down as raid leader. Why do I put in so much effort and heart into Team B if this is what I get in return. Think about it guys, I am very dissappointed...

Anyway, there is a change of blog song, hope my usual readers would like it XD
