Dear reminded me of a post I made in dec 2005 saying wat a lonely christmas I had, and how I wish I could stroll down Orchard Road hand in hand with the girl I love. And this year that dream of mine finally came true~ I feel so blessed to be able to spend christmas with my wonderful dear and I am thankful for all the love she has given me ^^
Anyway met dear in the early afternoon and since it is the festive season I did not drive. I duwan to worry about the woes of getting summon or finding a parking lot. We took the bus to town and it was even more packed with people than usual. We could not get any seat at all throughout the whole journey =(
1st Stop, Fast East Plaza. We went browsing through most of the clothing shops and started seeing if anything caught our eye. I ended up buying a quite expensive jeans from Man Studio but its really nice la, quite different from those I normally own. Dear also bought a shirt too ^^ Than we saw this jewellery shop that has affordable and yet quite presentable accessories. Dear bought herself 2 rings and a necklace. And I bought her a lil princess tiara hairclip since she always be my lil princess =P
By the time we were done shopping it was already 6.30 pm. We bought friend chicken to munch on while we rest our legs from the long hours shopping. Tasted very nice lor, dear ask me to try de XD
After this we decided to head over to Sun Tec. And guess who we saw at the bus stop, we ran into her friend and my dear sister Li Ting! So qiao sia, hahaha. Anyway she was going to bugis and our bus came at the same time so we didn't chat much =P
Had dinner at the KFC at suntec. I thought it was going to packed with the xmas crowd since I saw a few restauraunts with super long queue. But to our surprise, it was quite empty and it was around dinner time too! ^^ I know what you guys muz be thinking, eyer~ Christmas eve dinner so cheapskate eat KFC only. But got to save for our annivesary dinner the next day ma =P After our dinner we took some photos there since the lighting was quite good~
After our photo shoot *ahem* We went outside to sit around the fountain of wealth. They really done of good job of decorating it sia, really look very nice. We sat there for a while enjoying the view while munching on a donut XD Also took some photos but the lighting wasnt very good =(And I had to come up with this great idea sia. Why not we go to esplanade roof top and enjoy the view up there. Poor dear walked with me all the way there and the distance is not say very near also lor. *Sayang Dear, I love You* *Muacks*
But hor, the view this night is not say very nice. Very cloudly and the stars and moon are slightly covered by the clouds. Anyway we still sat on the grass and we had a lil world of our own. But the moment did not last too long, a personnal came over and told us esplanade will be closing and we had to go. I was like @@ Esplanade got close one ar? And somemore it was still early on Christmas Eve! 11pm started shooing everyone away =(
Well since dear was feeling a little tired, we decided to head home. Since the bus drop us some distance from her house we had to walk all the way back. Dear said her legs were tired so I piggy-backed her. Lucky NS did train us carrying those heavy field pack during our route march. So it wasn't too bad =P When we finally reach, sat under her house playing our NDS till it became quite late. And no I did not piggyback her the whole way, my stamina also not that good one XD Anyhow we become hungry again,the KFC dinner duno digested until where le. And guess what we had for supper? lolx dun laugh ar!
Quite pathetic hor eating such food at 1 plus in the morning XD Anyway after our supper we chatted a while longer before sending her home. Wanted to get enuff rest since we will be meeting later for our 1st Month Annivesary ^^
