1st Feb, 2008

Woohoo~ Its the start of a new month, which also means I been to school for 3 weeks aleady. Dam, time sure flies fast now a days. Just an update, I think I did badly for my GEO 334 2nd test. The first test was relatively easy since it was an open book test and the questions were actually listed in order of the content in the book. And it was mutiple choice too. This time however, there were 4 essay questions and tonnes of multiple choices who took the bulk of my time. Worst of all, this time the question were jumbled up so that you have to keep jumping from chapter to chapter. Please let me get a 75% for this test! *prays*

Another thing is, I have 4 projects to do this semester. Oh joy! This reminds me NEVER take a full sem ever again. I barely started on any of them =(

Anyway back to today, had to go to school today just for English tenses workshop and coms consultation. Which is just like 2 hours max. But the workshop was fun trying to create a paragraph using the stuff we learn featuring Si ru and how she eats her hamster. Maurice laugh so much till he broke he spec @@ Well the rest of all was laughing non stop hearing all the interesting version on how she ate her hamster XD

Dear came to find me after she finished school today. And she even brough me a present. lolx, it glows in the dark =P Her teacher gave out some light sticks to the class today. Cool teacher sia haha.

We had lunch at SIM's food court. And its my first time trying the Ban Mian at school. Frankly speaking I thought that the Ban Mian is only average and not as good as what everyone claim it to be. The one at Lot 1 taste much much better! But I kenot deny that the fried dumplings is very yummy! And they are really valued for money sia. $3 for 8 whereas normally it would cost around $4.50 at any other place.

After that, me and dear went back to my place where we slept all the way until dinner time. I think we rocks la, from lunch time sleep till dinner time XD Than went out with my parents to IMM for dinner. Had La Mian and some dian Xin at a mini restaurant at level one.

ShangHai Fried Noodle!

Spicy Raman

Pork Ribs

Phonix Claw

Siew Mai

Crystal Pau

Char Siew Pau

The food tasted pretty good and it was very resonably priced. We had all that and a stew beef raman for just $30. I din take any photo of the ramen because I was too hungry =P The rest of the photo was snapped by my dear before we hungry people devour them XD

After dinner, my dear follow my mama shopping, while me and my dad went to pick up a new toy at giant. The whole set actually costs only $40! So happy now that I got this thanks to my dad =) Anyone interested to play? =P

Actually we had a hard time transporting the table back home. For some reason it was too big to go into my dad boot. So have to put it in the back seat and me and poor dear was so squashed up in the back. But it did gave us some privacy *evil grin*

After going home, my dad show me and dear how to play 3 person Mahjong. Basically everything stays the same except we have to take out one suit, in this case we took out Bamboo. But even with 3 person it was equally fun! The game became very fast pace ^^ And being new right, the tiles are super smooth and the feel is great. But one problem, being too smooth meant I cant stack the tiles the way I used to =( Well I guess its just a matter of getting used to them XD I won 8 tai during 1 round =P hahaha I love playing Mahjong!

Anyway on thursday, when I went to pick my dear up she bought she banana chocolate thingy from her school bookshop for me. The blend of chocolate and banana gummy sweet is a very interesting blend and the taste is quite pleasant. Thanks Dear! *muacks*

Than at night, my god-daughter brought some gifts for us from her workplace. She is working at Swatch now ma, than when you spent a certain amount of money than will have these free gifts one. But she managed to kope some back for us. Gave us some angpao paper and a very lovely design lock =) We also had fun chatting for a while which ended up with her missing a few of her trains. lolx. Anyway thanks girl girl for the gifts! =P
