My COM 101 Blog!

I just realised that I did not even mention the marks I have gotten for my COM 101 blog. I thought I did pretty well for it considering I just lost out on one of the component. Anyway the whole blog is worth 20% of the course grade and I got 72/100 for it. With the breakdown as follows:

1. Effective applications of concepts and theories: 9
2. Evidence of a personal response to the issues identified in the entries: 8
3. Evidence of critical and independent thinking and a respect for diversity in opinions: 9
4. Sources: Relevance, currency, variety and creativity: 8
5. Language, format and organisation of blog: 8
6. Success in engaging online audience participation (comments): 1

Each component is upon 10 and the weightage is different for all of them towards the blog grade. Addition comments by lecturer:

1.Some interesting entries. Well analyzed.
2.Good work. Could benefit from greater personal response to issue/concept raised
3.One Comment? :(

Yes the unhappy emoticon was in the marking report that she gave me. I guess I should have spam everyone on my msn list to give me comments for my blog. And I would have gotten a fantastic blog grade. Oh well, what done is done, hopefully I have done ok for the finals. Now waiting for the lectureres to released the grades for the courses we took this semester.

By the way, currently still sorting through the photos from the cruise trip I had over the weekend. Would proberly get them uploaded and update my blog soon again! ^^
